Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your watch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by contacting us at creativeskids@mail.com
RETURN PERIOD: We offer a 30-day return period during which you can return your watch without providing any reason. These 30 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within this period.
RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, unworn, and with tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTES:
For "Buy 1 Get 1" promotions, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the items is returned. However, items in this promotion can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only wish to exchange one of the items, please return the one you want to exchange and keep the other.
RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you return your package.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately begin processing it. This ensures that your exchange is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. On the tracking information that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on, the 10 working days begin. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible in your bank account.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Contact our customer service team to discuss the options. We will provide an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are, of course, happy to resolve this with you. Please send an email to creativeskids@mail.com with a picture of the issue. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please remember to return your order within the 30-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer support team about the available options.
